Tracks 6, 7, 8, 9, 10A, 11B, 23B, 24 and Parcel B of Barrie Exemption to adjust interior property lot lines to better address irrigation ditch allotments access, natural topography for better use of the future agricultural and residential purposes to the current blocky lot configuration. Ratification of letter to Senator Mike Lee, regarding efforts to sell public lands as contemplated in the “One Big Beautiful Bill” that would

mandate the sale of between 2.2 million and 3.3 million acres of public land owned by the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service.

Upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Commissioners, the Board will adjourn

to executive session for four separate topics pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 24-6-402(4) (b) and (e), to confer with its attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice for specific legal questions regarding recent tax revenue legislation, for a separate contract matter to determine positions relative to negotiations and give direction to negotiators regarding the same; to receive legal advice regarding specific legal questions related to a request for party status in the Colorado River District’s application for instream flow donation to the Colorado Water Conservation Board proceedings; and to receive legal advice regarding specific legal questions related to the U.S. District Court Case No. 1:25-cv-01854-JLK-KAS filed on June 13, 2025.
