Upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Commissioners, the Board will adjourn 

to executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 24-6-402(4) (b), and (e), to confer with its attorneys for the purpose of receiving legal advice regarding potential litigation and determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations regarding two notices of claim recently received by the County Attorney’s Office; the second topic is for the purpose of conferring with its attorneys to receive legal advice regarding potential litigation and determining matters that may be subject to negotiations regarding a breach of contract claim with a current County vendor.
